Musical theater summer program offered

Franklin — Highland Stage and Dream Xtreme Dance are offering a three week Musical Theater Summer Workshop for children ages 8 to 18, beginning July 6. Faith Anderson and Heather Burns of Highland and Danielle Devore of Dream Xtreme have teamed up to offer the workshop, which will include a program of voice, acting and dance presented by professionals. The workshop will run Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and culminate with a showcase performance on July 24. The cost is $475 per student.
