Sussex-Wantage Library Presents the Outcrops Sept. 5.

The Outcrops play music with heart. Featuring Cassidy Rain (vocals / guitar) and Brian Schroeder (lead guitar), the band digs deep into roots music: rock'n'roll, blues, country, and jazz. They will be playing on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 6 p.m. in the amphitheater at the Sussex-Wantage Library. Expect to hear echoes of B. B. King, Big Bill Broonzy, Smokey Robinson, and Aretha Franklin. This is their first time playing the ‘Thursdays @ the Amp’ series at the library.

The Sussex-Wantage Library is located 69 Route 639 in Wantage, next to the Sussex Airport and just south of Sussex. This program is free, and no registration is required. Be sure to bring a chair and/or blanket.

The ‘Amp' program series is sponsored by the Friends of the Sussex-Wantage Library (FOTL). If weather forces the event inside, seating will be first-come, first-served in the Library’s Community Room. For further information or last-minute notifications, please check the FOTL website at FriendsofSWLibrary.org or the Facebook page at “Friends of Sussex-Wantage Library,” or call the library at 973-875-3940 (before 5 p.m.).
