Picture yourself at Sparta Camera Club’s March workshop
Sparta. Sparta Camera Club is open to all Sussex, Morris, and Warren County residents. This month’s event, happening on Saturday, March 19, will teach beginner and amateur photographers how to use a DSLR camera.

One of Sparta Camera Club’s first in person events, “Getting to Know Your Camera,” is happening Saturday, March 19 at the Sparta Ambulance Building. The workshop, led by Hackettstown High School graphic arts teacher John Scalera, will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This hands-on workshop for beginner and amateur photographers will teach attendees how to use various features, modes, and capabilities of a DSLR camera, exploring settings such as exposure, lighting, shutter speed, aperture, depth of field, and ISO.
The program is free for members and is $10 for nonmembers. Attendees need to bring their own camera, and must register for the program via email (info@spartacameraclub.org) or at the camera club web page: spartacameraclub.org
