Professor Louie and the Crowmatix at Lycian Centre's On the Lawn series

Sugar Loaf Come join the fun at the Lycian Centre’s fifth annual “On the Lawn” Concert Series. Next Thursday, July 16, the featured performers are Professor Louie and the Crowmatix. You may remember this group as they opened for New Riders of the Purple Sage on the Lycian Centre’s indoor stage last August. The Village Voice says “Professor Louie’s ensemble, (from Woodstock, N.Y.) is an Americana template that jams out timeless rock, country, blues and New Orleans influenced originals.” Concerts are held every Thursday evening from 6:30to 8:30 p.m. This outdoor concert series is a free community event and features some of the most talented musicians in the region.
