Program will use planetarium in production

    STANHOPE — The Lenape Valley High School Planetarium in Stanhope will be presenting “The Skies Over Moon Shadow Campground,” an original production based on the novel “Every Soul a Star,” written by local award-winning author Wendy Mass. In the novel three young people find their lives intertwined as they prepare for an impending total solar eclipse at the fictional Moon Shadow Campground. The planetarium program will discuss the events these youngsters are experiencing, and offer explanations to their occurrences. Show dates are Monday, May 11, Tuesday, May 12, and Thursday, May 14. Show times are 6:45 and 8 p.m. each of the three nights. In addition, a 4 p.m. matinee will be offered on Thursday. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for senior citizens (60+), and $2 for students. The maximum fee for a family is $15. No one under the age of 6 will be admitted. Call 973-347-7600 ext 165 for reservations.
