Sparta's Iron Chefs

The high school cafeteria was the site of controlled mayhem when four teams competed in a culinary competition on Thursday evening. The contest was sponsored by Sodexo with all proceeds going to a scholarship. The winner was Team 2, consisting of Sodexo Chef Sean Wilson, Courtney Major, Spencer Lalk and Mike Kane. The other competitors were Team 1: Sodexo Chef June Pottle with Jimmy Storms, Morgan Colfax and Amanada Garger; Team 3: Sodexo Chef Lisa Fiorentine with Alex Altieri, Jeff Petescia and Jacob Frieling and Team 4: Sparta teacher Craig Merrel, Auggie Perna and Kaitlyn Jascewski.
