Township will hold E-Waste Day

    Byram — Byram Township’s first free E-Waste Day will be held on Saturday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Byram Township Municipal Building, at 10 Mansfield Drive. The township is making it easy and convenient, and free, for their residents (but not restricted to only Byram residents) to reduce the hazardous particles found in old electronics. The following items will be accepted: Computers, computer parts, monitors, printers, fax machines, scanners, modems, copy machines, VCR’s, DVD’s, any audio or audio-visual equipment phones and phone equipment, household appliances not containing compressors, cash registers and scales (electronic or mechanical) all types of wires, baled or loose.
