Relive the sounds of The Greatest Generation with The Glenn Miller Army Air Force Band Tribute, Sunday, Oct. 25, at 3 p.m., at The Community Theatre at the Mayo Center for the Performing Arts. The Brooks Tegler 15-piece big band re-creates the sights and sounds of the World War II Glenn Miller Army Air Force Dance Band as they perform the music associated with this orchestra. Among the classics to be performed are “In the Mood,” “Stardust,” “Tuxedo Junction,” “Moonlight Serenade” and many more favorites.
