SUGAR LOAF - “Trouble the Water,” a documentary about the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina, will be screened for one night only at the Lycian Centre for the Performing Arts in Sugar Loaf on Friday, Feb. 6 at 8 p.m. The film won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival and David Alcaro, a 1994 Washingtonville High School graduate, is its executive producer.
