Winter concert at church

Vernon The Community Choral Society will present its 2009 winter concert, Ring, Christmas Bells!, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church. The choir is directed by Danielle Kastner. Eleanore O’Mara is the pianist. Special guests will include Cherwyn Ambuter on piano and Christopher Kastner and Eucles Moore on trumpet. Music selections will feature Handel, Pachelbel and variations on traditional Christmas carols. Tickets are $8. Children under 12 are free. The church is located on Route 94, in Vernon.
