YMCA gets dogs and owners in shape for spring

Hardyston — The Sussex County YMCA will host a dog-walking fitness workshop, on Saturday, March 28 at 9 a.m. Dr. Don Costlow, chief veterinarian and owner of the Newton Veterinary Hospital, and YMCA’s Wellness Director Alma Dhuyvetter will lead the event. A light, social breakfast will follow from 10 to 11 a.m. The following week, members will introduce their dogs on the first walk, scheduled for April 4 at the YMCA, located at 15 Wits End in Hardyston.
