YMCA sets heart healthy day

Hardyston — Active adults are invited to the Sussex County YMCA on Thursday, Feb. 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a variety of activities. Participants will learn some heart healthy facts, sample foods and recipes in celebration of heart healthy month and can join in activities including water exercise.
