Bank teller wins scholarship

Michele Bennett, head teller at SussexBank’s Augusta branch, recently went back to school at Sussex County Community College. Shortly afterwards, she wrote an essay promoting her qualifications for receiving one of the scholarships available at SCCC. As a result she was awarded the Linda and Rhea Fountain Endowment Scholarship. The initial criteria for receiving this scholarship are that the applicant must be a non-traditional aged student (23 years or older) and must be an incoming or second semester SCCC student.
