    A group of area students have been named to the dean’s lists at Berkeley College for the winter 2009 quarter. Named to the dean’s list are: Lisa Marie Cucinella of Hopatcong; Tyler Depuy of Branchville; Sarah Don of Andover; Victoria Forgione of Newton; and Sheila Hellmich of Hopatcong. Newton resident Megan Perry was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla. A group of area residents recently graduated from Rowan University. They are: Newton residents Evan Scott Pasquali, Brianna P. Pirmann, Matthew James Kane, Ellison Joe Horacek, Kelly Giannine Casanova, Breanne Ilana Megna and Kaitlin L. Huber; and Stanhope resident David Christopher Raffo. Area students have been named to the York College of Pennsylvania dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester inluding: Newton residents Melissa Chia and and Angela DelCorpo of Stanhope. Byram resident Jill Carey has graduated from Lafayette College, summa cum laude with degrees in both economics and English. She was recently inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society and Omicron Delta Epsilon, an economics honor society. Carey will begin work this summer as a research analyst for Bank of America-Merrill Lynch in New York. Kelly A. Lloyd of Byram Township graduated summa cum laude from Seton Hall University. Lloyd was also nominated to the Order of the Coif legal honor society and recieved the Raymond Del Tufo Constituional Law Award. She will begin work in the fall at Lowenstein Sandler, PC in Roseland N.J. Andover resident Katy Provenzale has been named to the spring 2009 dean’s list at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa. Trista Powell of Andover has been accepted to Montclair State University’s Master Degree Program in molecular biology. She will be involved with cell culture research this fa.. She is a graduate of Pope John XXIII High School and received both her bachelor’s degree in biology and master’s certificate in molecular biology from Monclair State University. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Montclair State University. Lindsey Daly of Andover Township has been named tot he dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester at Monmouth University. She is a 2008 graduate of Newton High School. Andover resident Richard V. Natelli has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa. Newton resident Anne Dauer has been inducted into Beta Beta Beta, the national honor society for biology, at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. Jay Daniel Avondoglio of Andover graduated from the University of Delaware’s College of Business and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, with a concentration in finance. He is a 2005 graduate of Pope John XXIII Regional High School and is an information technolgy consultant with Sogeti USA in Owings Mills, Md. Erica Curtis Avondoglio of Andover graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, R.I. with a juris doctor degree. She is also a 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, with a double major in political science and English. Avondoglio is a 2002 graduate of Pope John XXIII Regional High School and works for the State of New Jersey Morris County Superior Court as a judicial clerk for Judge David Rand. Newton residents Natalie C. Elvidge and Jason R. Fuchs were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt. Residents are now graduates of Berkeley College receiving bachelor’s degrees are: Colleen Tosti of Newton. Receiving associate degrees are: Caitlin A. Della Sala and Khristine Orejola of Stanhope; and Carin R. Pompei of Andover. Newton residents Courtney Mitchell and Parker Wetmore were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester at SUNY Cortland in Cortland, N.Y.
