    Christina Comizio, Leah Furrey, and Teresa Santos, all of Vernon, were named to the dean's list at Quinnipiac University for the spring 2014 semester.

    To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 with no grade lower than C. Full-time students must complete at least 14 credits in a semester, with at least 12 credits that have been graded on a letter grade basis to be eligible. Part-time students must complete at least six credits during a semester.

    Robert Marcus Raggi of Wantage was named to the dean's list at Rider University for the spring 2014 semester.

    Courtney Fahy of Wantage and Alexandra Kleine of Highland Lakes were named to the dean's list at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, N.Y., for the spring 2014 semester.

    The dean’s list distinction is awarded each semester to students who have carried at least 12 graded credits with a minimum semester GPA of 3.5.

    Tami Vargas of Wantage graduated from the University of New Haven with an undergraduate degree in management of sports industries.

    Samantha Conklin of Wantage was named to the dean's list for the spring 2014 semester at Stevenson University.

    In order to achieve this honor, students must be full-time (be taking 12 credit hours or more) and maintain an average GPA of 3.5 or higher.

    Conklin also was inducted into Sigma Alpha Pi, the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success. She completed the following requirements: one orientation meeting/leadership training day, three speakersessions, three success networking team meetings, three school-sponsored events, three online speaker broadcasts and modules, and two school-sponsored volunteer activities.

    Ann Yaccarino of Sussex was named to the Marist College dean's list for the spring 2014 semester.

    Alicia B. Van De Weert of Sussex Borough was named to the spring 2014 dean's list at Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pa.

    The dean's list is a roster of undergraduate students who have achieved high standing in their courses. To be eligible for this recognition, students must earn a GPA of at least 3.6 while passing 12 credit hours or more.

    Alyssa Smith of Wantage was named to the dean's list for the spring 2014 semester at Mount Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Ind.

    To earn academic honors at Saint Mary's a student must achieve a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.6 on a 4.0 scale, have at least 12 graded credit hours, no incompletes, and no grades lower than a C.

    Jacob Paul of Glenwood was named to the dean's lsit at Paul Smith's Ccollege for the spring 2014 semester.

    Paul, who is majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences, earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction. Ball also was named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.

    Sara Bloomer of Susex Borough, Emily Chayka of Sussex Borough, Chelsea Hults of Vernon all graduated from Berkeley College.

    Bloomer, a practical nurse, graduated from the Dover location, Chayka, a multi-level patient care technician also graduated from Dover, and Hults, a practical nurse, graduated from the Clifont location.

    Amanda Lynn Stillings of Sussex Borough has been anmed to the dean's list at Waynesburg University for the spring 2014 semester.

    Stillings is pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in Arts Administration/Theatre.

    Honorees must be classified as undergraduate students, be enroled full-time with a load of 12 or more in grade courses and must achieve a semester GPA of at least 3.50.
