David S. Cooper

David S. Cooper, 47, died Tuesday Feb. 4, 2014, at his residence in Hamburg. Mr. Cooper, son of Samuel and Margaret (McNellan) Cooper was born in New York City on May 21, 1965. He has resided in Vernon and Hamburg for the past 30 years.

Mr. Cooper was a maintenance supervisor for Heritage Village in Hamburg and was a stone setter by trade.

He is survived by 2 sons, David and Keith Cooper, both of Vernon; mother Margaret Cooper of Vernon; brother Alan Cooper and his wife Rosemary D’Errico of Thiells, N.Y., as well as two nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Samuel Cooper.

Visitation will be held Friday February 7, 2014 from 5-9 p.m. at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home 241 Rt. 94 (1 Vanderhoof Ct. for GPS) Vernon. Cremation will be private.
