Elaine Kelly

Elaine Kelly, age 80, passed away at home while surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014. Born in Yonkers, N.Y., to the late Robert and Florence (Potter) Brown, Mrs. Kelly had lived in Pompton Lakes before moving to Sussex County in October 1967. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Steve L. Kelly, Sr., on Aug. 19, 2003. Mrs. Kelly is survived by her two sons, Stephen and Glenn Erik Kelly, both of Wantage; her daughter, Kim Lime of Scituate, Mass.; and her three grandchildren, Tyler and Dustin Kelly and Kelly Lime.

While Elaine loved her home of 47 years and living in Wantage, she loved her husband Steve more than life itself. She lived for her children and grand children. Most importantly, she loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and is now in his loving arms.

Friends may pay their respects to the family on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Clove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 350 Sparta Avenue, Suite B2, Sparta NJ 07871.
