Frances Cuoco

    Frances Cuoco (nee Rannazzisi), 88 years old, died unexpectedly at Newton Medical Center on Sunday, March 16, 2014. Born to Salvatore and Lucy Rannazzisi in New York City, N.Y., she had lived most of her life in Passaic, N.J., and summered in the Highland Lakes section of Vernon Twp., N.J. before moving there in 1995.

    Mrs. Cuoco was a dedicated homemaker, parishioner of St. Francis deSales RC Church in Vernon, N.J., member of the Vernon Township Senior Center and enjoyed crocheting, cooking and basking in the sun.

    Mrs. Cuoco was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Cuoco (1984) and a brother, Salvatore Rannazzisi, Jr. and was the devoted mother of Joann Dix and her husband, Randy Nagle, of Highland Lakes, N.J. Loving grandmother of John, Tara and Dana Dix and Reanna Nagle. Dear sister of Rose Schillaci of Oak Ridge, N.J., and James Rannazzisi of Highland Lakes, N.J. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

    The family will receive their friends at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94 (1 Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, NJ on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Francis deSales RC Church, Vernon Twp., NJ at 11 a.m. Cremation will be private.
