Harrison Jacob Shauger

Harrison Jacob Shauger, 6, of Wantage died March 26, 2013 at Hackensack Medical Center following a long illness. Harrison was born in Newton Aug. 2, 2006 and was a lifelong resident of Wantage.

Harrison was a first grade student at Clifton E. Lawrence School in Wantage.

He is survived by his parents, Donald “Moose” and Tracey Shauger and his sister Emily of Wantage. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Ronald Shauger of Hardyston Twp.; great grandmother, Catherine VanderMark “Nanny Kate” of Sussex; aunts and uncles, Cindy and Mike Kannon, Debbie and Bob Moran, Tamara Shauger and Ronnie and Chrissy Shauger as well as many cousins.

His strong hugs, huge smiles and silly demeanor will be forever missed.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday April 2, 11 a.m. at Sussex United Methodist Church 15 Bank St. Sussex. Private cremation will follow. Funeral arrangmenets made by Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home 241 Rt. 94, Vernon.
