    James Andrew Gangwer, 55 years old, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, Nov. 29. Born to Jack and Joyce Gangwer in Chicago Heights, IL, he had lived in Franklin and Vernon before moving to Montague in 1990.
    James was a licensed HVAC technician and worked most recently for R. Poust Heating and Cooling of Sparta, NJ. He took great joy in golf, playing guitar and singing.
    James is the beloved husband for 27 years of Lori Gangwer (nee Matthews). Devoted father of Jodi Gangwer at home. Dear brother of Jack Gangwer, Pam Laubenthal, Kathy McKenna, LouAnn Murray and Gail Borders all of Illinois. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
    Memorial visitation will be at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, N.J., on Friday, Dec. 2, from 6-8 p.m. Memorial service to follow at 8 p.m. Cremation is private.
