Linda Roeder of Wantage, N.J., passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, at Newton Medical Center. She was 68.
Born in Newton, N.J., to the late Edward Mizerek and Helen (DeGroat), Linda has lived in Sussex County all of her life. She had been employed as a bus driver for DW Clark and Son in Franklin, N.J., before her retirement.
Linda was predeceased by her husband of 37 years, Gerald H. Roeder Sr. in 2010; her brother Edward “Sonny” Mizerek; and her sister Jody Arnot.
She is survived by her son, Michael G. Roeder and his wife, Katrina, of Wantage; daughter, Michele A. Roeder-Murray and her husband, Sean, of Wantage; sister Jo Anne Edwards of Wantage; brothers David Mizerek, Louis “Bucky” Mizerek, Dennis Mizerek, and George Arnot Jr.
Private cremation services were arranged by the Pinkel Funeral Home, Sussex, N.J. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 300 5 Avenue, Suite 6, Waltham, MA 02451.
