Lynn I. Decker

Lynn I. Decker, 77, passed away on Saturday April 2, 2016, at Overlook Hospital, Summit, N.J. Lynn was born in Franklin, N.J., on Nov. 21, 1938, to the late Ernest and Helen (nee Chrissmann) Decker.
Ernest was a longtime resident of Vernon Township before moving to Milford, Pa., 30 years ago.
Ernest served in the United States Army during peacetime. He was employed for 46 years with Ames Rubber Corporation, Hamburg, N.J., in the quality control department and retired in 2009. Lynn enjoyed his crafts work and traveled to the sell his work at the craft shows through out Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Lynn was the beloved husband for 55 years to Margaret (nee Mabee) Decker, and the devoted father of Kevin and Michael Decker.
The family will receive their relatives and friends at Ferguson Funeral Home 27 Third St., Sussex, N.J., on Tuesday, April 5, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, April 6, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
