Michael J. Bresett

Michael L. Bresett, age 28, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, in Vernon. Born in Newton, Michael had lived in Sussex County all of his life. He was a member of the Plumbers Union Local No. 25 in Newark for the past eight years. Michael was a member of 4-H for 11 years and also was a member of the former Masonic Samaritan Lodge No. 98 in Hardyston. He is survived by his mother, Donna (Scuito) Bresett of Hardyston; his father, Joseph Bresett of Lafayette; his two brothers, Joseph Bresett of Hardyston and James Fedesh of Blairstown; and his sister, Cortney Bresett of Hardyston.

A memorial visitation will be held between 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the Franklin Fire Department, 137 Buckwheat Road, Franklin NJ 07416. Private cremation services were entrusted to the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank St. (Route 23), Sussex. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be sent to the funeral home to help defray the expenses.
