Robert A. Jones is West Milford's Rotarian of the Month

Robert A. Jones, left, has been named West Milford Rotarian of the Month for July. At right is West Milford Rotary’s treasurer, Allen Edelstein, presenting Jones with a $250 check that Jones is donating to the Bobby Jones Open. Jones participates annually in a three-day golf outing called the Bobby Jones Open. It is open to people named Robert Jones and is in honor of the greatest amateur golfer of all times. The purpose of the outing is to raise funds to research the causes of Syringomyelia, a rare degenerative disease of the spinal cord that took the life of the golfer Bobby Jones.
