Kelli Costa, a senior at Lenape Valley High School was recently honored as a scholar/athlete at a New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association luncheon in Edison. Costa has played field hockey, basketball and softball all four years at Lenape and will attend Penn State this fall. Megan Gallo of Andover, a senior at Lenape Valley Regional High School and who will attend James Madison University this fall, has received a $1,000 scholarship from the Insurance Professionals of Sussex County. She received the scholarship at the group’s recent annual installation dinner. Three Sparta residents received their diplomas at Seton Hall Preparatory School’s recent commencement ceremonies. They are: Stephen G. Candio, who was awarded the Video Production Medallion and will attend Full Sail University; Nicholas A. Ammirati, who will attend Seton Hall University; and Robert L. Felten Jr., who will attend Western New England College. Stanhope resident Colm Cross has graduated from Delbarton School. He is a National Merit Scholar and an Edward J. Blousetin Scholar and will attend Georgetown University this fall.
