Successful vet inspires seventh grade students

Newton — Dr. Jennifer Wyman Greenwald, member of Kittatinny’s Class of 2000, visited her former high school and spoke with students in the seventh grade Business and Career Exploration class. Wyman is a veterinarian at Newton Veterinary Hospital. She explained the many careers that are available in veterinary medicine and told the students about her initial career plans and how they changed over time. The students were advised to look for volunteer positions which would allow opportunities to experience different careers and establish important contacts.
