Vernon youth wins scholarship

VERNON — Justin Annunziata was awarded the National Police Athletic League National Youth of the Year Aard.

Annually one male and female are chosen for the award and Anunziatta is the third Vernon PAL member to be chosen in the last nine years.

He received a $1,000 scholarship at the National PAL conference in Orlando.
