West Milford High School students named Bloustein Distinguished Scholars

    West Milford - Congratulations go out to 12 West Milford seniors who were recently named Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholars. The students are James Conley, Chloe Denning, Rebecca Gangi, Steven Heerema, John Kelly, Arielle Perrusio, James Popoloski, Stephen Resavy, Daniel Reyes, Melanie Slaby, Kyle Terramoccia, and Sarah Townsend. The Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholars program is administered by the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority. It is awarded to outstanding New Jersey high school seniors based on class rank and SAT scores at end of the junior year. To qualify, students must be in the top 10 percent of their class and score at least 1260 combined on their critical reading and math SAT combined. The $1,000 award is renewable for four years.
