Young man earns Eagle ranking

Troop 81 recently honored its 68th Eagle Scout. Tyler Conrads (pictured with Scoutmaster Tom Howard) had his accomplishment acknowledged at a ceremony on Jan. 15 at the Andover Township United Methodist Church. Only about two percent of scouts ever make Eagle rank. Candidates must earn at least 21 merit badges and demonstrate scout spirit, service, and leadership. This includes an extensive service project that the scout plans, organizes, leads, and manages.
