$200 bake sale proceeds used to adopt a red fox

The little student chefs from the Immaculate Conception School’s preschool and kindergarten classes recently had a bake sale at school, raising $200, which they are using to adopt a red fox at the Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange. The zoo provides “adopt an animal” opportunities starting at $25, and the funds raised by students qualified them to be a “level 3 adopter.” The two classes will meet their new red furry friend during a spring visit to the zoo.
