Anti-bullying summit seeks high schoolers

    SUSSEX — “Power in YOU(th)- Take a Second, Make a Difference” is the theme for the upcoming middle school summit addressing bullying. The Sussex County Coalition for Healthy & Safe Families, a program of the Center for Prevention & Counseling, is looking for mature, responsible, high school students from Sussex County who are interested in being mentors and group leaders for middle school attendees during the ninth annual county wide anti-bullying summit. The event, which will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at the Sussex County Technical School, ”is fun and educational for both the middle and high school students,” said officials.
