At Gettysburg

The Scouts of Troop 48 learn about the second day of the Battle of Gettysburg from a National Park Service battlefield guide, who hiked the Scouts through that day of the battle from the Wheat Field to Little Round Top during their recent visit to Gettysburg. Troop 48 serves boys in the Wallkill Valley and has an active outdoor program emphasizing family, faith and community. To get involved, contact Scoutmaster Jack Rueckel at 973-209-2990 or e-mail n2nhn@ptd.net. Photo provided
