Nine local Gross and Jansen Realtors, including managing partner Jim Lombardo, attended the Berkshire Hathaway annual sales convention, held earlier this year in Las Vegas.

It was attended by more than 6,000 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network real estate professionals from around the world.

“Today’s market demands that agents have the right training, plenty of experience and the latest in cutting-edge technology,” said company president Karen Glowacki. “It has always been our culture to be more than just a transactional partner but a true professional who can guide people every step of the way.”

Other local people who attended the training include Kathleen Gibson, BHHS Gross & Jansen relocation coordinator, who lives in the Crystal Springs development in Hardyston. She is a certified relocation specialist and her time at convention concentrated on renewing all of her certifications for global relocation.

Keliann Tussey, Realtor and marketing coordinator for BHHS Gross and Jansen, who lives in Ogdensburg, also attended. She handles all aspects of the company marketing and branding.

“It was such a thrill to brainstorm with so many great minds from around the world” she said, referring to the classes she attended in Las Vegas.

Third year in row

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gross & Jansen Realtors, which operates four offices throughout the region, also said both the company and Glowacki have been named as the New Jersey Herald’s Readers Choice for best real estate company and best real estate agent in Sussex County for the third year in a row.

“ Company president and Realtor Karen Glowacki has a unbelievable drive and a desire to provide her clients and our agents with the best service possible in the industry. This drive has made her a top-producer in our region and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network year after year,” said Mike Semeraro and Jim Lombardo, owners of Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors.

“It is also why we picked her to lead the company in this new age of real estate.”
