Credit union promotes five employees

ROCKAWAY — Picatinny Federal Credit Union has promoted five employees to new positions at its Rockaway branch. Barbara Niper of Hopatcong, a four-year employee and formerly a member service representative, has been appointed operations manager. Willie Newberry of Sussex, who has also been with the credit union for four years, has been named teller supervisor. Tammy Ross of Newton, an employee for over 14 years and most recently remote services supervisor, is the new compliance coordinator. Jessica Shebel of Vernon has been promoted to Senior Teller. And Jason Tilley, of Hamburg, previously technical specialist II, has been named chief technology officer. Any person who lives, works, worships or attends school in Morris County, or companies doing business in Morris County, is eligible to use all services offered at Picatinny Federal Credit Union.
