Dog days at school

Students at Walnut Ridge school had a chance to meet real therapy dogs, who came along with their handlers to class for the ROCK reading program. The acronym stands for Reading Out loud Creates Knowledge. The program generates enthusiasm for reading and inspires children to read for pleasure. Max is a Siberian Husky owned by Ruth Henningsen.
