Firefighters donate to school fundraiser

Hamburg Volunteer Fire Department recently donated a “fire boot full” of coins to the Hamburg School Pennies for Patients fundraiser. The boot held a total of $80.15, all of which will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The school’s goal has been raised to $1,000 as their previous goal of $500 was surpassed in the first week.
