Newton-Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, FOX News Channel senior judicial analyst, will speak on freedom and patriotism as part of ceremonies marking the third anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The 9/11 Memorial Committee along with Sussex County Community College will honor and remember the people and events of Sept. 11, 2001, with a ceremonial placing of wreaths. The ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. on the SCCC Newton campus at the 9/11 monument, which features a steel beam from the World Trade Center.
