    On Sept. 26 at approximately 12:52 p.m. Franklin Police responded to an apartment on Main Street for the report of a domestic disturbance. While Police attempted to investigate the disturbance, the defendant, 24-year-old Sean F. Reilly of Franklin, became disorderly and refused to be handcuffed. Reilly was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. He was later lodged in the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail with no 10 percent option. Officer Ryan Churchwell investigated with assistance from Officer William Grissom.
