    Sept. 5 At approximately 1:30 a.m., the Franklin Police Department stopped a vehicle for motor vehicle violations on Rapole Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of David S. Termyna, 49, of Franklin, New Jersey for Driving While Intoxicated. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to signal a turn, failure to maintain a lane and following too close (tailgating). Patrolman Nevin J. Mattessich investigated. Sept. 7 At approximately 8:19 p.m., he Franklin Police arrested 28-year-old Raymond F. Adcock of Glendale, N.Y., for driving while intoxicated after an officer observed him make an illegal left hand turn out of the Walmart parking lot onto Route 23 South. Further investigation resulted in his arrest for DWI. Adcock was issued motor vehicle summonses for improper turns, reckless driving, DWI, speeding and improper display of plates. He was released to a friend pending a Franklin Municipal Court Date. Officer Ryan Churchwell and Detective Leo Kinney investigated as part of the “Over the Limit -Under Arrest” Campaign.
