FRANKLIN POLICE

On April 18, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Franklin Police arrested 42-year-old Randi Clancy of Wantage on charges of driving while intoxicated. She was issued summonses for driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to produce an insurance card and driving while intoxicated. She was released pending a court appearance in Franklin Municipal Court. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael Maloney, 32, of Hamburg was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from West Orange in the amount of $1,500. Maloney was lodged in the Sussex County Jail where he was to be turned over to the West Orange Police Department. Officer Nevin J. Mattessich investigated and was assisted by Sergeant Jeffrey Smith.
