On March 28 at approximately 12:27 p.m., Franklin Officer Ryan Churchwell observed a suspicious individual on Main Street. After an investigation, 27-year-old Ryan C. McElwee, formerly of Camden, was arrested on several criminal warrants out of Fair Lawn, Cherry Hill Township, Audubon Borough and Haddon Township totaling $5,326. McElwee was unable to post bail, at which time he was turned over to the Fair Lawn Police Department and lodged in the Bergen County Jail. Officer Ryan Churchwell was assisted by Officer Rafael Burgos.
