Franklin's Kilduff Gets Top honor

James Kilduff, right, director of Franklin’s Planning and Community Development department, received the Municipal Award for his ‘Outstanding Contribution to Sussex County Economic Development.’ The plaque was presented by Sussex County Freeholder Jeff Parrott, left, at the Fifth Annual Economic Development Awards Luncheon sponsored by the Sussex County Economic Development Partnership, held at the Lafayette House last month.
