Greetings from Rome

Students in Robert Baumgartner’s sixth-grade social studies classes concluded their studies of ancient Rome with a Roman toga party. The classes listened to Roman music, ate traditional cuisine and wore replicas of Roman togas. Sixth-graders enjoyed comparing modern day Italian traditions to those in the classic Roman period.
