    Nov. 24 At 10:35 p.m., a 1997 Jeep that was operated by Robert J. Haase, 36, of Hardyston, was stopped after a mobile computer inquiry revealed that his driving privileges were suspended. He was taken into custody after it was learned there was an outstanding traffic warrant for his arrest from the Blairstown Municipal Court. He was transported to the Hamburg Police Station, where he was charged with driving while suspended and failure to exhibit documents. Haase was released after posting $265 bail, and is scheduled to appear in the Hamburg Municipal Court. Patrolman Andrew Chase investigated the incident, and was assisted by Hardyston Patrolman Michael Masters. Hamburg Police Department arrested Ryan T. Barrett, 22, of 30 Burlington Court, Hamburg, on a warrant issued by the State of New Jersey for violation of the Intensive Supervision Program. Barrett was located and arrested at his residence and transported to the Sussex County Jail. This investigation was assisted by the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department. Nov. 29 At 1:44 p.m., Patrolman David McNulty observed a suspicious vehicle parked on the property of the Gingerbread Castle on Gingerbread Castle Road. Further investigation revealed that Shi T. Chen, 24, of Staten Island, N.Y., was inside of the vehicle, and that his friend, Judy Kwong, 24, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was inside of the Gingerbread Castle. While officers were present, Kwong was observed exiting the Gingerbread Castle. Both subjects were placed under arrest for trespassing. Chen was charged with defiant trespassing and Kwong was charged with criminal trespassing. Both were issued complaint summonses and were released from custody pending an appearance in the Hamburg Municipal Court. Hamburg Sgt. Erik Aronson and Hardyston Patrolman Michael Petershack assisted with the investigation.
