    Drug impaired DWI arrest after motor vehicle accident On Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 7:58 p.m., Hamburg Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Lime Kiln Road. A 2000 Subaru Legacy that was being backed down the road by Shaun T. Macmillan, 18, of Ogdensburg, backed over a small concrete pillar and into a vehicle parked in a driveway. After a roadside investigation, Macmillan was arrested for drug-impaired DWI. He was transported to the Hamburg Police Station, where he was charged with drug-impaired DWI, improper backing on a roadway, careless driving and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (Cannabis). He was released from custody pending an appearance in the Hamburg Municipal Court. Sgt. Erik Aronson investigated the incident.
