Hamburg man arrested for outstanding warrant On Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010 at 1:07 a.m., Hamburg Police responded to a borough residence for a family dispute. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of James M. Kiester, 20, of Hamburg, on an outstanding warrant from the Newton Municipal Court. Kiester was unable to post $205 bail and was lodged in the Sussex County Jail. No charges were filed in connection with the family dispute. Sgt. Erik Aronson investigated the incident and was assisted by Patrolman David McNulty.
