Hardyston Police
December 8 The Hardyston Township Police Department arrested Gian Natoli , 20, of Hamburg, and Robert Misskerg, 22, of Franklin for Burglary and Theft of the Hardyston Township First Aid Squad building located at 8 Colson Terrace. An ongoing investigation revealed that both individuals entered the Hardyston First Aid Squad building in September and removed several portable radios valued at approximately $2,200. The two were charged with burglary and theft and released on their own recognizance pending a court appearance. The incident was investigated by Det. David White and Det. Robert Zigarelli. December 9 The Hardyston Township Police Department, while working in conjunction with the Vernon Police Department, arrested Joseph DePace, age 42 of Hardyston, for illegal firearms possession, DePace was lodged in the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail. The incident was investigated by Det. David White and Det. Robert Zigarelli.
