Hospital offers first aid, CPR courses

NEWTON — Newton Memorial Hospital will offer the following courses at the hospital and/or the Sparta Health and Wellness Center: Heartsaver Adult First Aid with Adult, Child, Infant CPR will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 18 at Newton Memorial Hospital. The cost is $60. Healthcare Provider CPR for New Providers will be held from 7 to 10 p.m., Wednesdays July 22 and July 29 at Sparta Health & Wellness Center. The cost is $60. Healthcare Provider CPR Renewal will be held from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 23 at Newton Memorial Hospital. The cost is $50.
