Company plans season of comedy, improv, and Shakespeare warwick-The Illustrious Theatre Company (ITC), in residence at the Warwick Valley Winery in Warwick, is now seeking directors for its upcoming 2004-2005 season. Actors and backstage and technical staff are also encouraged to contact the company, as the ITC is always looking to expand its talent pool. The projected season includes a special event at the winery on Nov. 12-13 entitled "Whose Wine Is It Anyway?" an evening of improvisational comedy loosely based upon the popular television program "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" The evening will showcase the improv talents of some of our company's funniest performers. Proceeds will benefit next summer's Shakespeare production. The company also plans a production of the hilarious and outrageous comedy, "Fuddy Meers", for February and another play in April to be announced. Shows under consideration for next summer's "Shakespeare in the Orchard" series include "Romeo and Juliet", "Twelfth Night" or "As You Like It". Directors and anyone else interested in becoming a part of the ITC should contact Mary Clifford, Artistic Director, at (973) 764-4936 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
