Appreciating veterans

Cedar Mountain Primary School demonstrated their gratitude towards veterans by making cards and writing notes of appreciation. This school wide activity coincided with Veteran’s Day where students were instructed in what this special day represents. An abundance of cards/notes were collected. Children worked diligently and were very proud of their finished project. These notes were sent to Veterans at Picatinny Arsenal and also the Veteran’s Hospital in East Orange.
